Dumpster Day – April 20

This year’s Dumpster Day will be held on Saturday, April 20th! There will be dumpsters available for bulk trash disposal at the Rodgers Forge Elementary School parking lot. The dumpsters should arrive around 8 AM and will be available until noon or when they are full. We will have volunteers on hand to assist with the proper disposal of items into the dumpsters. All neighborhood volunteers are welcome to help as well! Most trash and household items will be accepted. Please note, we will not accept large items that cannot be lifted manually.

ITEMS ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED: asbestos materials (including shingles) acids, antifreeze, caustics, pesticides, chemicals (includes oil and paint), animal carcasses, appliances with freon, batteries drums or tanks (unless clean and cut in half), electronics, explosive or flammable materials, large stumps, liquids or liquid waste, medical or radioactive waste, metal items, wood or logs greater than eight inches in diameter and six feet in length, tires.
