Proposed guideline changes for SHEDS and WINDOWS/DOORS
Posted on February 27, 2018 by Admin
The RFCA board will be voting at its next meeting, March 14, on whether to accept two changes recommended by the Architecture Committee. One change would allow for larger sheds, and the other addresses the option of removing dining room windows and replacing them with French doors.

These are very reasonable proposals and I support them both. I applaude the board for its acknowledgement of the need to make minor improvements to these houses which will increase their livability and value. The rear of the houses and the backyards should be more flexible in terms of modifications.
